1934.
I have the honour to state that I have
received the following communication from the Ministry
of Railways-
The Working Agreement for Through Traffic
between the Chinese and British Sections of the
Canton-Kowloon Railway having already been signed
by this Ministry, this Ministry have the honour
to transmit the same herewith for favour of
transmission to His Majesty's Minister by whom
it should be forwarded to the Hongkong Government
for information, signature and retention. It is
further requested that the two copies of the said
agreement which are in the hands of the Hongkong
Government should, after signature, be transmitted
through the medium of His Majesty's Minister to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by whom they
should be forwarded to this Ministry in due course
for signature and retention by way of record."
I have also received two copies of the
Agreement forming the enclosures to the Ministry of
Railways' communication. I have the honour therefore
to enclose herewith the said two copies of the
Agreement /
